I didn't even think that was possible, closing up a school library. Despite the advent of tablets and the increased use of phones and laptops over textbooks, I'd never thought a library could become obsolete-it's not as if it is merely a repository for books, it's a safe space, a place for learning and entertainment. Still, I take heart at the fact that Gen Z is making reading popular again...
