But I find myself sometimes strangely sympathetic-it depends on the circumstances. I once overheard while standing in line in a supermarket how one guy told his friend he was never going to spontaneously approach a woman again. (She may have insinuated that she was too good for him and him expressing interest-in an apparently polite manner-was insulting.)
